WASHINGTON - U.S. Congressman Trent Kelly is pleased to announce the winner of Mississippi's First Congressional District 2022 Congressional App Challenge (CAC). The Oxford High School 11th grade student submitted an app called "Nutrate". It was developed to help users form their diet and track meals and nutritional intake.
