Kelly Selected as Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Military Personnel Subcommittee


The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel provides oversight on all military and Department of Defense (DoD) civilian personnel policies. Additionally, it focuses on issues related to end strengths for military personnel, compensation and benefits, military healthcare, and military education.
