Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking the time to read my weekly newsletter. Since this was a District Work Week, I was able to spend the entire week visiting people, businesses, schools, and events in the state.

Farmington District Office

On Monday, I hosted an open house at the new Farmington District Office. It is important for me and my staff to be visible and easily accessible to all constituents. Opening an office in Alcorn County, expands my ability to serve those living in the northern part of the state.

Congressional Art Competition

Do you know a high school artist interested in having their work displayed in the U.S. Capitol? Each year, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a high school art competition. The winner from the First Congressional District of Mississippi will have their artwork on display for one year in the U.S. Capitol. The deadline to submit your artwork is April 11.
